  • 1914 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal (note that he is the only one of the men in the group photograph to be eligible for the 1914 Star (as opposed to the 1914-15 Star) due to his service over in France as a Private in the Honourable Artillery Company before the cut-off date for this medal of 22nd November 1914) 
  • Africa Star 1940-43 (without clasp)

 

Memorials: 

  • buried in Nakuru, Kenya. Gravestone: “In Loving Memory, Gordon Fraser Marsh M.C., Called to Rest 9th Jan. 1961, Until the Dawn”
