  • originally buried on the battlefield at 36c.G17c.6.6 (also given as being at “Lone Tree”, 3000 yards SE of Vermelles). His body was exhumed (from G.23d.8.5 – identified by cross on grave) in October 1919 and moved to Plot IV, Row K, Grave 13 in Dud Corner Military Cemetery at Loos. Gravestone: “Lieutenant D.C. Glen, Royal Berkshire Regiment, 25th September 1915” - no personal inscription. CWGC
  • outside St Paul’s Church, Langleybury, Hertfordshire (one of 26 names), also framed Roll of Honour inside church (listing 26 killed and 130 who served and survived)

  • Watford Grammar School (one of 96 names)

  • City & Guilds College, London – two memorials, one stone (one of 192 names), one wood (one of 197 names), in ground floor Mechanical Engineering department at Imperial College London
